Fun game, weird easter eggs . . I was wondering what was on all those islands, but I was busy, you know, trying not to die from about three tanks taking the same damn flag EVERYONE wants, but has absolutely no use OR vehicles . . .

Grr . . great game, tho!

The swedish flag is there because all the battlefield-games is developed by swedish Dice. Ibland älskar jag att vara svensk!

well, Dice is a Swedish company so that's why the flag is their.

Also it should be Sarge from Battle Field: BC, after all he was the one who wanted to go the caribbean and fish for the rest of his life. Iwo-Jima isn't in the caribbean but It's still tropical. Haggard just wanted to "kill em (Ruskies) into tini tiny pieces".

    Personally that sounds more fun.

I love Easter Eggs, especially ones that reference other games and just acknowledge a level of fun that anyone can partake in a game.

I agree with Geoff, this game is very good looking, and even though there's not much to it, the swimming definitely impressed me. I can't really say what it was, maybe the overall atmosphere as mentioned of swimming along and then seeing a flaming plane crash... but whatever the reason it looks GOOD!

To clarify a little more in depth so everyone catches the connection: Battlefield 1943 and Battlefield Bad Company both owned by EA and are tied together in the Battlefield series. Now maybe it won't be posted 50 million more times.

Haggard is the fun loving redneck/pyromaniac from Battlefield Bad Company great quotes include saying to the US Army "You and what army?"
His Great actions include "Blowing up the biggest fuel dump east of Paris", "single handedly invading a neutral country" and accidentally putting Gasoline into the squads "Pimped out" Golden Mi-26 Hind's coolant system.
